Al Quoz is one of the most preferred and centrally located warehouse districts in Dubai, situated between Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Khail Road. The district is the region's oldest manufacturing hub and has become known for warehouse-style gymnasiums, art galleries, and coffee shops.

The area benefits from excellent public transportation access with two metro stations: Noor Bank and First Abu Dhabi Bank. Warehouses are approximately 10 minutes' drive from Dubai Mall and Mall of the Emirates.
